Weight loss journey thread

Today I am starting the “whole life challenge”

I will be exercising, stretching, drinking more water and eating healthy for 6 weeks😬

I hope I can lose a decent amount!

Thought I would make a thread so I’m not constantly talking about it everywhere else on the forum lol

First jar of water for the day, I will drink 3 of these a day (hey that’s better than no water)

I’ve lost some weight, trousers are looser and pants falling down a bit now lol, i cat out meat and reduced my intake for Lent and it made a huge difference, i’m going to try ad be more mindful about what i eat and how much.

Just stretched for 10 minutes and walked on the treadmill for 20💪

Over the last few months I’ve gained 7 pounds (3kg) while eating 1600 calories per day and exercising. So I lost 100 pounds (45kg) while eating 1200 calories per day and gained at 1600 calories per day.

It seems to have leveled off, and I’m debating whether I should stick to this weight or go back down.to 1200 calories. I’m undecided at this point.

i used to do daily heavy cardio like uphill running in order to make me feel better. i use my body as a tool to make me feel better. change moods. reboot.

Its great that you’ve lost weight and kept it off. 1200 cals is doable for the short term i guess. Congratulations :confetti_ball:

@anon61987434 I got drunk and then binge ate…not the best start perhaps. I decided that I may need a break from the forum. Because I should not allow my life to revolve around it. I wish you well though… I’m sure you can do this… :blush:

I’ve been doing three meals a day with overeaters anonymous for a year… I haven’t had sugar and I haven’t had a binge, i’ve lost 2 1/2 stone so far and I’m still losing.
I eat 2000 to 2400 cal every day
i’m back to not eating animal products at all, no alcohol, limited dried fruit.
I plan on keeping this up for life… Hoping to lose another two stone if I don’t I’m still getting close to healthy weight
