I’ve been doing daily weigh ins and I found out yesterday I lost 10 lbs I went from 204 lbs to 194 lbs! I’ve been working on this for just a couple of weeks I’m loving it!

In two weeks? That’s not really sustainable. Please be careful to not do any dangerous dieting.
I weigh 194 too! For some reason I’ve been stuck at this weight for awhile. I want to get down to 170. It’s taking me a lot longer to lose weight though

@Ninjastar I’m eating just under 1770 calories a day and walking about every other day for 30 min at 3.2 miles per hour

well done, i have been working on my whole body by just keeping busy, its ok but i just wish i could tone up my stomach, i think i might be slightly less weight than that but not much
