Gonna eat less junk food; more fruit smoothies and healthy nuts & seeds, and 60g protein minimum a day
Not gonna bother counting calories; I’m gonna be burning a ton anyways.
Wishing you best of luck. I don’t really count calories but I still measure them to make sure I’m hitting a goal. I find weight loss is kind of like business. You have to keep a strict measure over things to make a profit…anyways that’s just my opinion hope things are well.
I think fats are healthy; even animal fats. The RDA guidelines were pseudoscientific. After they recommended loads of bread, grains, cereals (in the 70s?)
I say to everyone that since i am on APs,
I have gained many kgs.
But they say that it’s because i eat a lot.
I don’t eat a lot. Maybe metabolism is not good
