I was an unplanned baby. I can see it had its effect on my personality. I go crazy when there is a change in plans.
My parents have never told me such but I was probably an unplanned baby as well since my mom was 18 when she had me.
I would have liked a younger mother. My mother was twice your mother’s age - 36. She always had aches and pains.

I was planned to the hilt. Fertility pills and the whole thing. They probably weren’t expecting but in the end I doubt they minded that there was a twin. In the long run I think they appreciated having an unplanned one later. My twin took me on a lot of vacations, and had 3 kids of his own and my younger brother fixed a lot of family meals and has a daughter and 2 grandkids. If they had just had me I imagine they’d be a little disappointed…
