My older sister wasn’t planned and my dad wanted an abortion. My mom not.

Yes and no, but mostly yes.
My parents wanted children. They kept trying but never got pregnant. They thought it might not be possible for them.
But one day my mom woke up and was nauseated, went to the doctor and found out she was pregnant with me which is what she was hoping for…

Not at all. My mother was on the rebound after a breakup and dated my father, who was the polar opposite of her usual type. Once he got his hooks in her, he never let her take a day off from getting together (she may have come to her senses and he couldn’t risk that). Eight months later she was knocked up - in 1970 when people generally got married when that happened.
My father is an abusive piece of work - I estranged him from my life in April 1993 and am much better for it. My mom and I are very close.
My parents couldn’t have a baby for a while.
Then one day my Mom found out she was pregnant with me.
They called me their “miracle baby”

My biological siblings and I were all planned.
My younger stepbrothers were wanted oopsies, and my adopted brother was an unwanted oopsie. His bio mom tried the morning after pill, got her abortion application denied, tried to drink herself to a miscarriage, and then made sure he would not think for a second that he was wanted.

I was planned.
My parents always wanted a girl (despite me growing up to be enby lol). I’m the youngest, so I like to tease my older brothers that they only exist because mom and dad wanted me. Hahah.
