They improve my negative and cognitive symptoms but make my positive symptoms worse. My pdoc told me to stay away from anything that increase dopamine as it can makes psychosis worse and reduces efficacy of APs. APs reduce/block dopamine function. Maybe I am addicted to this supplement. Is that possible? I had horrible withdrawals like shivering etc when I stopped it. I know most say supplements do nothing but in rare cases they can do something especial since this supplement contains real medication at 15%, L-Dopa.

Its also called Levodopa used for Parkinsons.
Adderall and Ritalin are much more potent than this supplement but my Drs refused prescribing them saying they will make my psychosis worse eventhough they might help negatives 
I hope Vraylar will work. I have a Dr apt 6 June.

Don’t take supplements that increase your dopamine.
Try vraylar out. It could be the right drug for you.

I agree to try Vraylar, I suggest you talk a lot with the parents to convince them to take you to the US and get this medication, and maybe it would be better if they understood your situation, you can try to change doctors, you may be prescribed the rexulti with Vraylar or any other medication you are taking

Vraylar was actually approved for use here in Canada last April! Idk if it will be covered by insurance yet though.

I found vraylar very stimulating and made me feel more normal I just didnt take it for very long my Mom wouldnt let me because it made me angry

I also have suffered from this side- effect. I promised myself not to lash out or be aggressive despite feeling aggressive. I keep myself level- headed through self- talk. Never do I get angry at my mother or siblings. They don’t deserve being targets because of my medical problems.

You’re on Geodon? Geodon is one of the APs with least weight gain called weight neutral.

There is Metformin, my Dr prescribed it for weight loss, but it gave me stomach pain so I stopped it. Its not a miracle though. There is no miracle drug for weight loss afaik
l dopa had no real noticeable effects on me. i have a bunch of supplements and the only one i notice that has an effect is lithium orotate and it sucks by putting me in an intense brain fog
