There’s hardly any food on this diet.
Supper is bigger. Plus the smoothies have all the protein and fruits and veggies for the day.
That’s good. I skip breakfast too. I also take Metamucil, it reduced my blood pressure and cholestrol. It says its good for stabilizing blood sugar too if taken with food. It prevents high blood sugar from eating food.
You need food for breakfast. Also, you need fruits and veggies
Real fruit is much better than juice
You should really try to balance your meals better. Have you considered intermittent fasting?
My smoothie has many fruits and veggies. Plus supper has veggies. Maybe I’ll start having oatmeal for breakfast
Metamucil does not count as breakfast. Consider eating some plain oatmeal and add some fresh or frozen fruit.
I lost 17lb by skipping breakfast the last 2 months. Down from 295 to 278lb
Oh that’s good. Yeah, just add a breakfast that’s healthy and you’re golden. Oats are great. They lower cholesterol and regulate blood sugar
Take Metamucil with food, its better for blood sugar, with supper.
My dad had high cholesterol and he was told to have oatmeal every day. Now he doesn’t even need to takes meds anymore
Oats have soluble fiber just like Metamucil.
Both reduce cholesterol.
That’s great. Later this month I’m getting a CBC done. I hope my cholesterol has gone down. I eat a half cup of oats (measured dry) almost every single day. I’m also getting my sugar and A1C checked. Hopefully there’s improvement.
If that’s what works for you, then have at it. It’s your body. You know it best.
You definitely need to eat something for breakfast even just some toast is better than nothing. I’d also recommend something small for lunch at least.
You could have the eggs for breakfast and add a slice of toast.
More food! High volume, low calorie options like salad and veg are great!
It really depends what your goals are, if you are wanting to lose weight then then are options
But if it’s just wanting to eat healthier, make good food decisions, experiment and don’t beat yourself up if you have a choc bar, moderation is key
I also would like to advocate for the humble hard boiled egg and tomato sandwich with a pinch of salt and pepper chefs kiss
