I’m not as hungry in the AM so I don’t eat breakfast. I’ve acclimatized to this and my blood sugar is level now in the morning. Brekkie is a cup of cof-fay and a glass of Naturelo Veggie Greens. Lunch is a glass of Boost protein shake and a can of V8 (low sodium). Supper is a large and healthy meal as I have most of my appetite in the evenings. I’ve been losing steadily since switching to this. I consume about 1400 calories per day.
I’m lean and sexy. I don’t have to watch what I eat. That crap is a waste of time. If your strong you will burn it off. If your weak then that’s your fault
I understand why you feel that is the only way to stabilize your weight. AP’s can be terrible in that department. It might work out but you may find that you are drinking excessive amounts of orange juice and whatever is on the menu out of the extreme cravings that are likely to hit. That’s my criticism but I otherwise hope that if you go on that diet you prove me wrong.

I didn’t know metamucil did that . I’m fond of fruits mostly. Can’t have grapefruit.
Fruits and vegetables are even better, they have antioxidants, if you can have more of them. They have soluble fiber just like Metamucil. I take it bcz I don’t eat enough fruits and vegetables. Oats also have soluble fiber.
You need to eat more food on your plan @FatMama.
More veggies is a must.
High fiber and lean protein meals is also a must.
