This is particularly true for doctors and psychologists, bless them, but not exclusively so. But the hard fact remains that I have bags of insight, a decent understanding of the disease, and that I don’t hear voices, or experience paranoia. I’m unwell, but not sz. Sooner or later I will develop a genuine delusion concerning this sorry state of affairs.

Don’t let the outside Shizz get to you. Gives an f if you’re delusional. Are you hurting people or yourself??? I don’t think you are but what do I know. Don’t let it add fuel to your fire…outside opinions. I agree limit delusions as much as possible but don’t let others influence you to developing new ways of coping in delusions. I could give a rats ass if they think I’m crazy. I know the truth man. Just because certain people have seen things others haven’t doesn’t mean one person is crazy. We are all a product of our experience.
Just gotta refocus that energy to positive things and events

but it can be unhealthy to be too steeped in delusions,
especially if the docs say so.
You’d never know if you saw me, either. Doesn’t change the fact that I’m symptomatic right now and having to fight thoughts about my pacemaker being implanted alien tech. I’m definitely delusional. They’re managed, but they’re there.

I think they call this meta consciousness, or something like that,
when you can realize you’re in a delusional state. I never could.
