Well, it was sunset and a bit cooler than it had been in the day. Everyone knows exercise is the one treatment for depression that doesn’t put on weight.
My gal’s transmission is acting up, so I drove her places today. I was able to do what was asked of me!
That’s great. I’m very happy for you that you walked. I’m trying to lose weight so I can get back to walking also. I have to do my core exercises and stretching for awhile longer to get my strength up. Once I’m able to do the 3 mile walk the weight will fall off. but anyway good for you!
