Try to reboot on the walking

We’ve had so many air quality issues over the past month that I’ve been inside a lot. Very frustrating. If it’s not forest fire smoke, it’s prairie fires. Last night there was no smoke, but also no wind and the combine dust from harvest was hanging heavy over town.

Hoping to walk to work tomorrow.

Keep trying. I find it makes a big difference to my mental health to walk daily. Hard with the weather but walking to work sounds like a good solution!

That’s a great idea pixel. I think I’ll join you in walking tomorrow as well. I was walking every three days before my sister came to visit and it felt great. I felt clear headed. And to think I used to jog two miles daily in my teenage years. I can’t run at this point due to so many cigarettes and being out of shape. Walking is one of the most beneficial forms of exercise next to swimming from what I’ve heard. Good luck pixel! It’s expected to be 104°F here tomorrow so I likely won’t go for a walk until 7 PM. But I’m planning on it!

The rain kept things pleasant for my walk today. My neighbor has a goat, so I like to pass by there to see him.

We have mosquitoes, but no fires fortunately. If we would control burn, things would stay that way. You never know when things will go south.
