I think I'm losing weight with just 15 mins every other day

In that 15 mins I do

1 min high intensity and 1 min low intensity I alternate between the two. But the last 5 mins is high intensity. My scale moved but it may or may not be the exercise.

Diet is key. Helps you no end but your doing well @anon80629714 . Important to have perspective. Your an attractive girl…you don’t need to starve to look good. It’s an easy trap to fall into!

Half an hour of exercise a day like walking is great for your health. Especially heart. Hard when you work and stuff but it’s a good guideline. ( I think it’s actually half an hour 3 times a week but stuff that. Regular is good! ) .

Glad your doing well! Keep on keeping on!

Good for you, @anon80629714.
I do yoga everyday because I love it. I also play the piano for 1 hour everyday as exercise. The yoga I do for a half hour everyday. I also carefully count my calories everyday. I lost 50 pounds and kept it off for 2 and a half years this way.
Keep up the good work!

I wish I had the patience for yoga. I stretch 20 min a day…10 min after w/u and 10after c/d :hugs:

Exercise is great to help you lose weight. Not only does it burn calories while you’re exercising, it also raises your metabolism, which is a crucial factor in determining weight. It’s also good for your heart. Personally, I’ve been walking back and forth inside my room from thirty minutes to an hour, more or less daily. I still need to get better control of my diet.

That’s awesome ! Taking care of yourself is the best gift ever, and you don’t have to spend a gazillion dollars on it!

It’s highly unlikely  I used to do 30 minute straight high intensity cardio sessions regularly and during them I’d only burn like max 300 calories.

Diet is really more important when it comes to weight loss. Also if you had a med change recently that could be it.

Still any exercise is better than none!

They work hand in hand

Yeah of course because the more you work out, the more you can eat without gaining weight. But if you’re eating 1000 calories over what you’re supposed to every day, you can work out for an hour every day and be super in shape but still be gaining weight overall because you’d only be burning 600-700 of those calories.

Macros and microsc are super important

No med change. I have pcos which is the likely cause of gain :expressionless:

Ugh I heard that’s a really obnoxious disorder to have, sorry about that :disappointed:

Pcos? Don’t know what referencesing

Read about it so you don’t need to explain. In treatments it says exercise and eat healthy to not gain…
