I take it, it helps me a lot & i am only on a low dose, we’re trying to lower it a bit more atm, everyone is different though.

How quickly does it start to work?

I tried it, but stopped it, i cant remember why, but in general i think olanzapine, 12.5 mg, helps me better than amisulpride.

I was on Amisulpiride and it had mood lifting affect I came off it because I still suffered breakthrough symptoms and wanted to try something else. I’m on clozapine now and they tried to add Amisulpiride but my prolactin levels were too high and risk of breast cancer

I tryed Solian 1200 mg for one year. Took care of the positives and negatives unchanged. Raised my prolactin levels to the roof.

My Prolactin levels are slightly elevated but i’m on a low dose, its still causing my tiredness & fatigue so i’m trying to lower it, My dr permitted me to lower it so the last 3 weeks i’ve been on a reduced dose, things are a little sketchy here & there atm but hopefully it’ll iron itself out.
