It appears I am weak today.
Needed 3 hours to complete my strength training session, and had a lot of thoughts about quitting in the middle.
I don’t know how I did it, but I managed to complete my strength training session in full.

I will go to the health club again today, for aerobic training.
Yesterday I had a good training day, today a weaker day.
Nonetheless I will look to complete my training in full.

Erez it is important to have breaks to recover with training. Rest is very important.

I wonder if I could lose some belly fat and increase my muscle mass. I don’t think I could do that while I am on antipsychotics, and I can’t get of my antipsychotics. I think I’m doomed.
