Does anyone know anything about this?

I have tried strength training on APs before, and even though I waited multiple days between training the muscles I still didn’t get stronger.

I don’t know what it is, but apparently it takes the muscles a lot longer to rebuild on the AP I’m on (zyprexa).

Maybe it’s because of worse sleep quality on the meds I don’t know.

But I’m experimenting with going light on the exercises and trying to see if I can build up some strength slowly, I suspect that might work better, instead of going til failure and completely fatiguing the muscles.

Any one have any insight on this?

No idea but I’d be curious to know the reason behind this too.

I guess I’m lucky; I was able to put on a lot of muscle when I’ve been on meds. My bench, deadlift, and squat all shot up in weight.

It could be various reasons. What and how are you training? How’s your diet. Do you eat enough protein and calories. How long have you been exercising??
