Everything is just in your mind. You create wrong impressions of things. You can be positive all the time.

One of the things I’m working on right now is being more positive. When I get anxious I analyze my thoughts and try to reframe them in a more positive light. This is supposed to reduce anxiety. And I think it will make me a more positive person overall. I’m still practicing. It’s hard work to change your thinking. The negative thoughts come so automatically. It’s hard to catch yourself and change. But slowly I’m making progress and I am finding that the more I change negative thoughts the happier I feel.
