i want to be super fit, today i rided a bike alot and now after few hours i will go for a walk, long walk, but i need to train my whole body somehow, any ideas, i want to be fit and flexible and want to prepare to ride a skateboard i am thinking to buy next month. i will be like him

That’s great, @anon48059102! I’m definitely happier when I’m fit. If you have access to an elliptical, they’re great for an all-body workout with no impact. I was in my best shape when I was using an elliptical machine. Also, do stomach crunches and planks to strengthen your core for good balance. I wish you great success!

I just started jumping rope to build cardio! I jump rope for like 20 minutes, it’s pretty intense. Works legs a lot, builds cardio, gets your heart rate up.

If you want a full body work out I’d recommend martial arts like brazilian jiu jitsu or kickboxing, those burn a ton of calories per hour and also they exercise your whole body!

I am trying to get back into shape myself, so that I can join a kickboxing gym again! Right now, I’m just jumping rope, walking, and sometimes hitting boxing mitts with my friend. I also want to start running maybe twice a week, too, but I seriously hate running. I’d rather jump rope until I collapse!

thats cool .i am like too going to buy jumping rope too, i think its good exercice and fun…also i am interested to try karate or tai chi, but i am not sure if karate is good for my back :frowning: I need to fix my back some how, its very difficult, i have pain in my back when i sit on floor with my legs straight and my back straight :frowning: but i think i might fix it some how

i was doing elyptical when i was going to gym, but i stoped going to gym i didnt liked it , i want to be my exercices more dynamic

I don’t want to exercise, I prefer cognitive work, still I go and try all the time for health but often I can’t exercise
so it doesn’t work out.
But often I also manage to exercise.
Also I can’t do cognitive work at all.
Overall I don’t like life but I will live anyway.

be careful now. not exercising, and then suddenly doing a lot of exercising, can easily cause injury. small walks and bike rides are okay. long walks (> 1.5 hour) can hurt your legs though and make them sore for days, if you haven’t exercised recently. slow and steady wins the race.

Oky @sirBoring i will. Be careful, i exercised before times to times. But now i am tired will go jumping rope tommorow. Damn i bought littlebit too long
