Finding a hobby really took my mind of ruminating thoughts. Trouble is I get bored easily. But it’s ok to learn different things I guess.

Truthfully idk anybody who wants to suffer as far as hobbies I think there good even for healthy people everyone should have something to look forward too

Keep trying to get the balance right with being productive, leisure/ creative time, exercise, eating healthy and support from people you find good to be around.
Me i do things like treat to buy something i really want. Light a candle, do my nails, make herbal tea, coffee. Just doing what works for you helps distract from bad thoughts and feelings

I really have to avoid my family right now because im being triggered by them really bad.
Im taking a long break from them.
I find it hard to do things because no motivation and difficult illness but i do what i can, when i can
