Best ways to cope

Hobbies that activate the brain and interest are very important in dealing with mental health issues. If you spend hours each day focusing on the symptoms it can aggravate stress. Distraction from your thoughts through hobbies is a good way to take pressure from your body/brain. Even different activities inside your brain with the thoughts themselves can help shift focus

and what if sometimes(often) you just don’t feel it? I am worried that ill never get through this. I am sick since child in my memories… I don’t even get what the people are saying around me, its just a nonsense for my ears…
otherwise, I play games on facebook,it helps yes. and I started a little bit of sport every day-an exercise bike for 20 minutes :slight_smile:
