My mind literally can’t think of anything else than that my diagnosis is wrong and I’m on the wrong meds
Maybe it’s time for you to focus on something else?

I can relate because I went through this process myself … it was the only thing I would think about and it was difficult to see things clearly or think about other things … but in time I learned to be more accepting of my illness… im sorry it must be exhausting and difficult and it must feel like your mind won’t stop thinking into it
I don’t have any hobbies really
Well find one.
You need some sort of outlet.
You can write your feelings in a journal and decorate it with colored pencils.
I do that.

Try a math problem! Or reading!
I like embroidery and knitting. Those are fun hobbies.
