Get a cat. They are really easy to take care of and you can snuggle with them

is bird poop really that bad?

My mum has a cat and she use to keep it indoors, the tray and the room stank badly and she change the kitty litter frequently.

@AKendrick i have had cats in my life a lot growing up, i think i am a bit fed up with them. but glad you guys enjoy your cats.

Yes. Bird poop is awful. You have to clean the nasty cage daily to not be overtaken by it

I think it depends on the cat. I used to have a cat that took smelly dumps but it died. My current cats dont stink with their turdz

I thought, i’d just sweep it out in the morning, it cant be that bad.

@Rainstorm i like cats but i just remember my Mums spare room was stinking, the cat shed hairs all over the bed and carpet and it didnt really care much about anyone except itself, i thought rabbits would be affectionate and parrots are very social as well.

You should probably not get a pet if pet poop/pee smells bother you.

My dog I wouldn’t change for the world

We keep each other company and go for walks twice a day

Before I had a dog I barely went outside

Really has increased wellbeing more than anything else I have tried

Rabbits are a big no no for me. I had one years ago and it ruined the grass in the garden with rabbit ■■■■. I see them more of a pest than a pet.

As for parrots. I love them. We have cockatiel and she was hand reared. She is absaloutly lovely and very affectionate. Parrots can also be this way if hand reared. Parrots are much more expensive
Though.

There are poop control for birds special bird litter it can not be changed around 10 days. And not smell at all. But parrots to be happy you have to let them fly every day around 1-2 hours to be happy them

Rabbits.

I know some1 with a parrot. Although they live 4 long, they are not easy to control in terms of the loud noises they make. It can really bug off neighbours

It only bothers me if its really bad, i only live in a small flat & if the smell is really bad then it can spread around the entire flat. rabbits are not very smelly, they are very clean, i thought parrots would be as well.

@Joker I love dogs but its too much work for me

Hi Qwerty do you find the parrots poop to be very smelly and how often dyou clean the cage? i was hoping to get a pair of mccaws from a rescue centre
