Try walking outside. The fresh air can help clear your mind and make you feel calmer
I have been known to take a part aka smash old appliances to get the copper and parts out to use in my art work. Dismantling anything really helps me. If that’s not an option I will cut paper or pics out of magazine s. Just something to take out my frustrations on. It may sound odd to some just thought it could not hurt to suggest it. Hope you find your way to feel better soon.
