Very numb :(

Feeling so empty I cant be angry or anything for long because im just frozen. What helps vent the embers?

Maybe take a shower that’s what I do when I’m very stressed.

Can you have a shower/bath?

Can you have a cup of herbal tea?

Can you pet a friendly animal?

Can you go for a walk?

Can you draw/sketch?

Can you play a musical instrument/sing?

Can you listen to music/watch tv?
