I thought I had already taken my Abilify this evening, but when I checked my notepad app I hadn’t taken it yet. So I took a dose, even though I thought I already had it. I’m pretty good at noting when I took my meds.

i use like a organizer for my meds. it has the meds in boxes for every time of the day, that way i know if i have taken the med or not…

I agree. You can’t make mistakes if you have a pillbox.

I don’t think I did because I’m feeling about like I did Saturday. I probably would be freaky today if I took 30mg.

Higher Abilify doses didnt make me freaky, just sleeping more and more sedated. I was on 25mg for some time then stabilized at 20mg.

speaking of sleeping. i cannot fall asleep without my abilify.
the pdoc once offered to lower the dosage but i didn’t let for this reason. i need my sleep.
it knocks me out and i love it for that reason too.

Hmmm. The Abilify kept me awake, or it’s just not as sedating as the Zyprexa I was taking.
