I used to have that problem with metformin, so I put my metformin into a pill box. Now I’m going to have to do the same with abilify. Welcome to the world of poor concentration…
Yeh you need a pill box, or what they should do is label the abilify with days of the week on the inside packet.

You wont relapse because of one missed pill, and if you are on 15 mg or lower, an additional pill won’t exceed the max dose.
If this happens a lot, a pill box would probably be best. I set an alarm to remind me to take my meds, which helps. Some pills need to stay in their original packaging, and can not be put in a pill box.
Thanks. I toyed with the idea of taking it (possibly again), but decided I’ll be ok even if I’ve missed it. It’s just annoyed me a bit that I have to use a pillbox for that too now.
