Sent me a 2023 calendar and asked me for another donation. I would except I’m broke right now. Maybe I can send them something in September.

I have to stop donating money

I’ve donated money to two persons running for office, the homeless shelter, senior citizen assistance organization, and Big Brothers Big Sisters. I want to move to a senior citizen apartment building when I turn 62 next year. There’s a nice one a half mile from my current apartment. The rent is $475 while my rent is currently $432. Both places are low-income housing. I need to save up some money to move with.

Made a donation to the homeless shelter

Just $15.00, but at least they email you back and thank you for the donation. I donated $23.00 I had left October 30th. This homeless shelter doesn’t get government funding and relies 100% on donations. I was briefly homeless back in 2008, so this is my way of giving back for the help I received back then.
