I am having about 1700 calories but I make sure to finish my day with lean protein like chicken and I walk what I can to burn like 200

I lost 50 lbs. 6 years ago and I’m keeping it off over these whole last 6 years. I started at 208 lbs. and I got down to 150 lbs. I weigh 158.2 lbs. today and I consider it my ideal weight.

I lost the weight by carefully counting calories with an app, exercising most days of the week, and maintaining the rule of only rarely to never drinking my calories. And completely cutting out diet pop.

I measure all my food and portion sizes. And I never go back for seconds.

i just try to keep my weight stable on 80kg… could do with a little bit less but it’s ok like that.

I’m now down to 157.2 lbs. so, I’m losing even more weight. I’m a little concerned but it hasn’t been 10 lbs in one month yet.

Why are you concerned? I thought you were still trying to lose. I’m confused

@LilyoftheValley , you’re right. I have no reason to be concerned. It’s just that my goal weight was 158 lbs. and now I’m just a bit lower than that.

I don’t think you should expect to be 158lbs consistently. My weight fluctuates. Sometimes I am 170, sometimes 180, but usually around 175lbs.
