I eat 1200-1300 calories a day and work out 20-30 minutes 3x a week.
I think it will take me a year to lose the 35 pounds since everyday - I complete my day and I get something like
“you’ll lose 4 pounds in 5 weeks” =( ?!

It took you a year to put it on you said.
I lost 44lb on abilify BUT it took me a year too.
really?! I wanna lose this weight by May… Not in a freakin year.
My scale is not budging at all - it is stuck on a freakin number for a month - so even the MFP is not right.
Better to lose it in a year, rather than not at all.
Slow and steady wins the race as the saying goes.
LOL this was funny =) I just hope I actually lose?!
My dietician told me this can happen. Don’t be discouraged by it. Just continue doing what you’re doing and it’ll start to move eventually.
What I eat is very high in fat - maybe because I had an avocado ?
Calorie counting doesn’t care how you get your calories. It just depends on the calories.
You said that you were drinking Alcohol @cherie
This adds on pounds too.
Just saying
yeah but today I only had 25 ml of Gin and it is minimal =(
Well thats good.
If you keep it up, you might start losing some weight
Are you counting the calories in alchohol too? You should enter that into MFP.
yeah I am - I only didn’t count a diet 7 UP ? I had half of it with the gin .
There’s no calories in diet 7up so that’s ok.
I just had a thought though, maybe your metabolism still hasn’t returned to normal from the last AP.
Yeah could be so just gotta focus on exercise for now
i gained over 100 pounds on all the anti psychotics i’ve been on. except fanapt i lost weight on fanapt because i was constantly sick to my stomach. the weight took 7 years to gain and will probably take longer for me to take it off.
I’ve lost like 50kg (110lbs) since Nov 2015. On the same meds. It is possible to loss weight I just eat a little less and move more I walk like an hour a day and that’s about it. Getting rid of my major weight gain food was the biggest point and finding a better replacement for it. In this case it was ice coffee which was high sugar high fat content. I haven’t change my eating habits that much so still eat like a horse have my cake and eat it to. Just a case of eat less move more.
I was like 160kg (352lbs) down to 105kg (231lbs) this morning. Just keep trying to find your way. Find your highest weight gain food and see if you can find a replacement. I had to wean myself of the ice coffees and now make my own with no sugar and low fat milk.
Try not to give up on yourself.
What meds are u on? I think I lost 5 pounds. I have a disability review and I am nervous right now. So now I’m eating less. Who knows maybe I will be down 20 pounds by the time the letter arrives.
losing 35 ils iin a year s a good steady weight loss. keep it up.
