Lost weight

Just lost 2kg on 30mg of Abilify & 100 of Amisulpride (but being weaned off the latter). Diet is very frugal:
Breakfast: 3 coffees with full fat milk & a banana, lunch 1 yolk & 1 egg white omelette with veg & cheese, dinner is fish & veg. I don’t snack or drink booze & workout (rpm, body pump etc) 5 days a week. It’s taking every amount of will power for me to stick to it but it’s helping me lose weight, finally…

I’m taking Abilify too. My weight has been up and down since I had to start taking antipsychotics. I was diagnosed about 35 years ago. I had to start taking a drug called Haldol which made me sleep all the time and consequently I put on a bunch of weight. I’m now about 60 pounds over weight and working hard to get it off. My only bit of caution to you is that you don’t seem to be eating much and eventually your body will want to eat more and you might put the weight back on. That’s been my experience anyway. How fast are you losing the weight? What do you think a good rate of losing the weight is? I’ve heard 3 pounds a week is a good rate. Anyway, way to go in losing the weight! Keep up the good work!

Thanks for the support :). I aim to lose about 2-3 pounds a week but I lost 2kg v quickly in 3 days (Unintentionally). I intend to lose 1kg every 2 weeks or thereabouts. I cut out all the junk I was eating around my current diet. If I dine out though I will eat a main with no or little carbs. Good luck with your diet too…

That is some legit ■■■■, yo. I am getting back into actual fitness instead of just lifting weights. Today was 3mile run, 100 dips and 100 push ups. I hope to maintain some of my mass, mainly my lower body, but anticipate losing the bulk I have right now.
