If it´s that weak can you explain how it blocks the effects of cocaine/speed/MDMA almost in its entirety?

It partially blocks dopamine, therefore it’s pretty weak as fas as Antipsychotics go.

Why do you want it not to block these drugs effects? These drugs cause many mental illnesses, schizophrenia, depression, financial and relationship problems, intelligence and brain tissue loss etc These drugs increase dopamine in your brain which in turn can cause psychosis and schizophrenia. Antipsychotics do the opposite. Szic brains may have naturally high dopamine which explains the grandiose and paranoia normally occuring with these drugs. These drugs effects naturally occure in schizophrenic brains without drugs.

I used to get paranoid that someone was bombing the World Trade Center but I was really bullied when I was young and it gave me paranoia. I was shamed and shunned as a kid.
