I´m getting (a little bit) the paranoid “rush” again. I´m sad. I´ve been very careless.
Some people that I don´t like maybe are spying on me… I have posted some personal information here…

No but will probably if unmedicated. No one can know who you are if you don’t use your real name.

They can know who I am for other information other than my real name.
Don’t use any of your personal information and don’t post pictures of yourself. That’s good for all internet activities.

Is very hard to have some sort of communication without putting any personal information…
I mean, I´ve been here around A LOT lately. I should have made some mistakes.
Keep yourself anonymous if its distressing you and getting a bit paranoid mate. Ive shared loads on here - but im confident to do that, and any people would have a shock if they tracked me down lol.
In the grand scheme of things - i doubt you would come to harm, if you let slip the odd personal detail or two on here. You be fine. The paranoia is a git tho - so understand your concerns x

I just don´t like this paranoia. I should be “positve free” from 15mg abilify. I don´t want to think that the med isn´t working or that I´m going through the same ■■■■ again.
I plan to talk to my doc. Tomorrow I´ll set a date with him.

I wasn’t fully stable even on 25mg Abilify, I needed a stronger antipsychotic, I am on Risperdal now, no positive symptoms. Abilify is better for negatives though, I had dangerous side effects from Abilify.

Abilify is a weak Antipsychotic.

No, not if you remember that this forum is public. Anyone can see what you post.
We also had a member decide to post another member’s picture on Facebook and their blog along with their username. So we strongly suggest not posting selfies, even though people still do.

I never post my face here, only food. Many reasons and one of them is that what if a user here saw me in real life? It will be a disaster for me.

I worry about it too. But I still talk to people on here because I like the forum. I just worry that some individuals are gathering info. So I don’t share my pic anymore.
