I found a great app for motivation to stay fit

It’s called Pocket Plants. You grow plants, and merge them to unlock new species. Each new unlock costs two different kinds of points you can get three ways: microtransactions, daily tasks, or cashing in the amount of steps you’ve walked.
If you have 10.000 steps, you get a lot more points from pressing the 10k button once, rather than pressing the 1k ten times.

It really motivates me to get off my butt and move around more. I’ve even altered my bus route so I have to walk further to and from the stops!

Anyways, just thought I’d share.


Anything that keeps you motivated to exercise is a good thing in my book. 10,000 steps regularly is a really good goal…especially in a day.

O cool, i have to check this out, yea i need motivation too workout, i get lazy to exercise sometimes, is this free just curious. is on google playstore?

I weigh 158.4 lbs. now. My BMI is 23.7

I’m not counting calories anymore but I measure my portions and servings. I never drink my calories. I drink a lot of plain, black coffee and sparkling water. No pop or alcohol for me.

I do aprox. 30 minutes of yoga a day, 5 days a week.

Yes, it’s on google play. And it’s free :slight_smile:
The only annoying thing is it sends a lot of notifications and I don’t know how to turn them off :sweat_smile:
