I’ve walked 90,000 steps over the past week. I’ve climbed over 150 floors. I’ve gone over 30 miles on foot. Looking at my Fitbit dashboard and seeing I’m a few thousand steps short of a badge helps motivate me to get out and walk around the block a few times to get that little electronic pick-me-up.
I’m already noticing improvements in energy and stamina. This has been a good investment so far. Looking forward to week two.
PIxel!! i am waiting for a jawbone, I prob won’t make that much and keep it up in the first week but my aim is 10 000 steps a day i have NO idea how to keep that level of commitment up
but more difficult sports than walking have had my full commitment in the past…
I’m not finding 10K steps a day that hard, especially on days when I coach archery both before and after school (those are 15K days, easy). My goal next week is 20K steps for three days and 15K for the rest. Probably too high, but why not aim high?
