So ive tried jogging a lot back in the day for fitness but it just kills me every time and im dying half way through a 20 minute run. So i thought maybe i could just briskly walk for a few hours every day. Especially since i have nothing to do all day every day pretty much. Also my girlfriend doesnt ever use her smart watch so i took it over with my phone and started using it. Will be good for tracking health and fitness. Ended up walking about eight kilometers i think or eleven thousand and fifty steps or so. Easier on the lungs and knees to walk. And it takes up a good chunk of the day too, doing something beneficial. A post from someone else on here partly inspired me to start walking.
Anyways, happy recovery hunting my fellow schizophrenic brethren!

Yeah good work. I started simple with a fitness tracker and a goal of 10,000 steps a day. I found that exercise pays back mentally as well and physically so it’s a good place to start and it’s totally good for you. Well done.
