Even been fishing but I didn’t catch anything Becouse fish are now spawning. But I walk a lot today
I will try to fish tomorrow as well . I don’t care if I didn’t catch fish it’s still communication with nature . I observe people on streets. I have activity outside. The fish will be more active in month or so
I also need to count my blessings not negativity

Idk if 10,000 steps is a lot, it sounds like it is. I’m curious of those step apps, seem kinda cool might download. Is it a phone app or like an apple watch thing or?

10,000 steps is like 2.6 miles.
I have that exact same thing on my iPhone. It was there when I bought the phone.
10,000 steps a day is a good guide.
I do heaps more fitness these days but years ago got a fitness tracker with a goal of 10,000 steps a day. It was what they say equivalent of what a person would do a day exercise wise before the tech took over.
It was a good starter. Exercise is good if you do it regularly and you’ll be better off if you did that everyday for sure. It’s not that hard to do depending on your age or fitness level but as always check in with a regular gp if your starting to exercise!

My maximum was 40K steps in a day. I was really obsessed with creating a record and using an app which was showing some goals and trying to reach that.
I have a Samsung watch with a built-in pedometer. It talks to my phone. Most phones these days also have built-in pedometers and will count steps while you are walking with them.
