I only recently started. I put it on fat burn mode, lowest setting. Will increase as time goes on. I do 30 minutes a day…

Honestly its a pain to do , but once I do, then my whole day goes smoother… I feel more energy
Yeah I feel the same, i never want to but once I do it’s like it’s a perfect day and it does make you happier, oh and smarter! It’s increases BDNF. I was studying after and found it easier to focus and think
