I’ve done pretty good all week, but today, no. I ate two sandwiches not on my diet plan. Anyway, now is the time to stop myself and get back on the wagon. I’ve lost maybe five pounds so far.

Thanks @anon63380492. My phone app says it will be August 2023 before I reach my ideal weight. But I’m going to focus on losing 20 pounds as a goal for now.
I eat a bowl of cereal for breakfast at 7am then nothing until about 8pm.
I just have no urge to eat during the day.
Occasionally I’ll have a yogurt cup during the day.
Sometimes I can do that, mainly on weekdays.
My attempt at a diet is going lousy. I need to change my strategy.
I just didn’t buy any of the food I can’t control myself over which helps. I live alone so I can do this. I also got an app for my phone which keeps track of everything I eat fairly well.
The thing I can’t figure out is why my blood pressure is fairly low today when it wasn’t yesterday. 120/60. The only things I did different was I walked to the convenience store about a half mile one-way and took some ibuprofen. Ibuprofen is supposed to raise your BP not lower it.
