I can't live anymore

@GoldenRex it is evident that you don’t understand my situation at all.
I CAN"T live. I CAN"T.
It is self evident that I can’t do anything , as well.
I can’t even live.

What’s with the 15s

Ask your psychiatrist for something for these frequent and wide mood swings.

@firemonkey is right. You sound like you need a mood stabiliser. Please talk to your doctor. Let him know that you’re having these wild swings.

Rapid cycling

Most people who meet criteria for bipolar disorder experience a number of episodes, on average 0.4 to 0.7 per year, lasting three to six months.[92] Rapid cycling, however, is a course specifier that may be applied to any of the above subtypes. It is defined as having four or more mood disturbance episodes within a one-year span and is found in a significant proportion of individuals with bipolar disorder.[24] These episodes are separated from each other by a remission (partial or full) for at least two months or a switch in mood polarity (i.e., from a depressive episode to a manic episode or vice versa).[11] The definition of rapid cycling most frequently cited in the literature (including the DSM) is that of Dunner and Fieve: at least four major depressive, manic, hypomanic or mixed episodes are required to have occurred during a 12-month period.[93] Ultra-rapid (days) and ultra-ultra rapid or ultradian (within a day) cycling have also been described.[94] The literature examining the pharmacological treatment of rapid cycling is sparse and there is no clear consensus with respect to its optimal pharmacological management.[9]

There’s a 15 character requirement to post, so if what you have to say isn’t long enough, people just put 15 until there’s enough.

Good night erez…see u in the morning …its 10.00pm here in nepal…

Listen, don’t think of death as the easy way out of a bad situation.

I know it’s hard to maintin hope that things will get better, but if you give up, you’re robbing yourself of that chance.
Do you really want people to think of you as someone who died sad and tormented? Don’t you want them to have memories of you improving and getting better, of you doing everything you could to break out of the negative funk you’re in?

Don’t give up, man. Give yourself a chance.
And don’t get down just because things aren’t perfect right now, or because you don’t see a change tomorrow. Change comes over time, slowly, and is hardly noticeable for someone who’s there 24/7 (that means you), but it might be noticeable to outsiders after a while.

I hope you are feeling better, I can just write here, maybe you could talk with your doc about your feelings, this might help, there are also days in my life when I am depressed, but you can fight to win your current bad feelings, I hope I could help you more.
