I need my mind to feel quiet but I cannot stop thinking.
Racing thoughts suck @anon25873142. I know exactly what you mean.
Hope you feel better soon.
I don’t know if it racing but theres something I’m excited about and it’s not gonna happen until next year and I can’t stop thinking about it it’s driving me up the wall
I have the opposite problem. It’s super hard to think. It’s like I no longer have a brain. I don’t know if it’s brain lesions again, or negatives, or my Haldol
I’m sorry you are having a hard time
I have ocd thinking and adhd where i not only think constantly but the topic changes constantly.
hope your mind gets quieter
Is it about the moving in together? @anon25873142
Forget - Do you guys have a place or choosing a place to live still (for next year).
Mum’s selling one of her place and there’s so much to do … Including helping her with paperwork etc and using the money to redo our place.
Can you put your brain to work on planning the thing you are excited about?
I’m gonna try and get an early night again and see if I can calm down a bit
That is exciting. Anything you can do to plan?
Do you like to start thinking about decorating or start a Pinterest of how you would do your own space?
I have an idea of what we’d like as I also helped decorate another place … But Pinterest is a good idea. I’ll sign in to my account.
I would like to black out my room - I have 5 windows.
So it will be a challenge on my budget.
Been watching YouTube for ideas on DIY or ways
to make it completely dark during the day.
I think in the end I’m just gonna go to blinds.com
I can relate! When this happens I close my eyes and try to focus on the tip of my nose. It works for me sometimes.
Maybe a crossword puzzle would help, or some other kind of game.
If I go out to YouTube, I find tons of hits for relaxing music.
