Did any of you stop smoking?

I’ve had more than ten attempts to stop smoking behind me. Once with Tabex for two months and then several attempts that have failed in part on the same day.

I gave up once for 18 months, but ended up back on them. I have smoked for more than half my life, so not sure this will be something I will stop doing. I only smoke rolling tobacco, proper cigarettes are too expensive and I smoke them quicker.

I havent smoked for 5 years now.

Stopped when i was 24

What a great decision

I have only been smoking for fourteen months. I could not have imagined that it would be such a ordeal to stop.

I make my own cigarettes with pods and a machine.

Quit 26 years ago. Started vaping a couple of years ago as I was still having cravings (mine never went away). I vape maybe once or twice every two weeks and it’s enough for me.

I quit smoking 27 years ago. I was psychotic for my entire pregnancy. I quit the day I found out I was pregnant, still have cravings every once in a while. Substituted food for nicotine.

I quit about two and a half months ago, cold turkey. I’m pretty much used to not smoking at this point.

I managed to quit for 3 months and more recently one week. It’s the stress which makes it hard to quit. I will keep trying though. I hope as I slowly get better it will get easier.

I stopped inhaling smoke at 23. I stopped puffing on cigarettes at age 46. I wasn’t inhaling. I was just puffing on them. I’m 58 now.
