I believe my neighbors are going to

Have me murdered. Someone leaving their apartment was staring at my door real hard.

I thought they were moving. Idk now. Please talk some sense to my sz.

Other than that… Quasall

I doubt your neighbors are going to murder you it sounds like a bit of a paranoid delusion. You’ll be ok.

Your brain is just overthinking the situation. It’s probably nothing! Don’t worry you’ll be safe, it’s just an unreasonable paranoia that has no real danger! I get paranoia too pretty bad and even reasoning with it doesn’t always work, but hopefully your paranoia dies down!

Are you hearing voices/having auditory hallucinations? Maybe you’ve been misdiagnosed by a psychologist (are you a paranoid schizophrenic or schizoaffective? It sounds like paranoid schizophrenia) and need to be on different medication. If you are hearing voices/having auditory hallucinations then try and schedule an appointment with a psychologist and request a different approach to medication. That would be my advice.

Sometimes focusing on breath can be the best thing you can do to relax a racing mind. Try and take slow, deep inhalations and exhalations. Repeat a mantra each time you do, such as:

Breathing in, I know I’m breathing in.
Breathing out, I know I’m breathing out.

Breathing in, I see my breath is long or short (depending on which it is).
Breathing out, I see my breath is long or shot (again, depending on which it is).

Breathing in, I follow my in-breath, all the way through.
Breathing out, I follow my out-breath, all the way through.

Or just simplify it.

In - Out, In - Out, In - Out.
Deep - Slow, Deep - Slow, Deep - Slow.
Calm - Ease, Calm - Ease, Calm - Ease.
Breathing in I relax - Breathing out I relax, etc.

If you say these things in your head whilst practicing slow, deep breaths you can do a lot to calm your mind.

I hope this helps. Good luck.

Sometimes a little understanding and common sense is stronger than any medication

I don’t want to get out of my bed. I force myself.

Don’t worry sweetie nobody wants to kill you.
It’s your paranoia and delusions talking.
Try to remain calm.

You are doing very good, you are almost able to spot these delusions, the paranoia and fight it all by yourself.
We are proud of you and we’ll be always here to fight with you.

No one can even take a s!#/ in an apartment in true privacy.

How in the world would they remove the body?!?!

This is not true. They were probably out and your moving blinds caught their attention???
Your safe. No one is going to hurt you. I hope you dont stay alone.

Yeah. Tell my mind that. I’m pretty tired of all of it

I was just trying to lighten the mood for you in my last reply, was not meant with malice.

keep fighting what you know to be not true. So very sorry your going through this, you must be terrified to some measure i am sure.

Reguardless of how your feelling now, you are brave. Try to hang in there.

Is there any thing you can use to distract yourself away from thinking about the delusion. Distraction may lessen feelings of fear. Movie/utube/tv???

THIS @Zeno! :blue_heart:

keep taking your meds as prescribed, maybe a change in dosage is in order

Sadly I am afraid to leave my apt for fear of being attacked by the upstairs people.
