I think there’s a disconnect here. People don’t respond to others unless your acting up and hitting the roof with a broom or something. I don’t think it’s possible in most bathrooms to hear clearly what others say…which is the problem. If your hearing this clearly it’s most likely a hallucination.
I hate to say it but you may need more meds… Higher dose or different ap. It sux living like that but honestly I think your symptomatic Rox and it’s the same story for a while now.

I need to lower my effexor. And raise the perphenazine mg of course with stability. I have to learn that not everyone is out to get me.

Yeah it’s tough. I know it is but there’s external noise and then there’s internal…It’s hard if you can’t pick which is which.
You need to sort this out and don’t respond to this type of stimuli…that will get the neighbours talking.

Yeah. I’ve lived in apartments before and you only hear muffled noise. If it’s clear then you need to leave it. It’s probably hallucination. I know it’s tough but you need to keep that appointment with your shrink and talk about solutions. It’s not good worrying about side effects or other things too much. You need to fix this as you’ve been in this place for a while.
I’m sorry you have to deal with it but it’s not your neighbours. I think in the mean time you need to let go…put some music on. Leave the tele on…get something going that will distract you. Not the solution but may help you get by.
