If you want to relax and enjoy it, then develop the relationship first to help you get there. Putting the cart before the horse can definitely drive you to complete avoidance or panic attacks. Why make it so hard? This is to be so enjoyed. Why not spend the time to build the foundation to make it so much more enjoyable? You are special. You are worth it. Take the effort to build that relationship first so they love you for who you are. That will help you more than anything else.

speaking from as a guy who HAD many friends who were into casual sex i will tell you that keeping it from getting emotional is hard.
as someone who sees sex as a natural thing, but also a semi divine act (after al it creates life which could be interpreted as divine in nature) i don’t think causal sex is heathy for the mind, even if it relieves stress and such to have it.
My daughter is currently a minor. Any male who tries anything with her right now had better hope he can outrun an arrow because I’m not going to miss. Once she turns 18, I hope she won’t let guys use her or take advantage of her, but she’s an adult at that point and free to make her own choices. I can only hope they are good ones.
