Even tho I had a nightmare, it was better than no sleep at all. Just like watching a movie, or being in one. The actors included two people I’d actually met, one of whom was pure evil.
Anyone else sleep okay? How about not so okay?

I have doubled my Quetiapine to 100mg, I hope my dr will prescribe me the higher dose, I have got an appointment to talk to her on Friday.
That’s good to hear! I’m sleeping quite well of late despite the heat but my sleep very much goes up and down!
I got about a good solid 5 hours of sleep.
Sorry to hear you had a nightmare @Borath. I know from experience how much those suck.
I’ve been dealing with bouts of insomnia lately, but not last night; last night I slept great.
It’s funny but ever since I moved into my new apartment, I have been sleeping like a baby every night. And sleeping all through the night and not waking really early in the morning anymore either. Just sleeping straight through the night like a normal person. I think my sleep was all messed up there for a while due to the anticipatory stress of moving to a new apartment.
That’s great news! I hope you can stick to this new pattern.
I hope so too, @LED.
Oh, @Simonw, You know you really shouldn’t increase your doses of medication on your own like that without getting your doctor’s approval first, not later on.
I know I shouldn’t self-medicate, but the only support I get is a 5 minute phone call from my nurse every 2 months.
I am a newbie to Seroquel, so I am still on monthly prescription, so I can only take an increased dose for a few days otherwise I will run out of tablets.
I think I slept over 12 hours. Some nights I get 15 hours of sleep and am still tired. When I miss a dose or more of my AP I usually only get about 5-7 hours of sleep.
