I read one of the side effects of the antibiotics can be hallucinations.
I reckon I’ll be OK today but… I do feel wary of that.

I was really struggling for a couple weeks up until last week. Seems to have improved for me though. I hope yours does as well.

I know I don’t sleep without medicine. But it can be hard to get enough sleep but not too much. I don’t know about me, I’m on 10 mg zyprexa which is a relatively low dose, and I’m not on an antidepressant or much of anything else.
Antidepressants are weird. They Alter my feelings into something strange and painful. I have felt very sleepy on antidepressants.

Clozapine has helped me sleep better. Much better

Yea I get the same suspicion about antidepressants. I don’t try them though I’ve been encouraged to several times in the past.
I just get rest when I can. I slept 4 hours all together until I probably sleep some more later on this morning for a couple hours more.

Struggling still to sleep.
It’s been more than 24 hours and I’m slept like 5 hours. Very little for me.

I’m on the night shift today at work, so I tried to adjust my sleeping pattern last night and slept like 15 hours lol , with the help of melatonin.
My partner in the office here is asleep the whole shift so far. Like 7 hours.
I’m doing okay, picking up shifts here and there as a temp staff.
How is work?

Mine is fine. Supervision is relaxed and ppl are fine there.
Problem is new company taking over n they might get really strict
Yeah I don’t like it either when management changes. Then we have to adapt all over again. Or starting fresh.

I’m a village organizer/shelter monitor at a homeless shelter/village.
I basically just clean around, pick up trash, hand out hygiene products, open gates and try to deescalate situations if any altercations arises.
I’m a temporary staff but the permanent staff is sleeping whole night lolol
