How to stop food binge at night?

Try eating a low calorie high protein snack at night along with low calorie veggies. Cut the veggies up in advanced so you can just grab and eat them. This will help you feel full for far fewer calories

I drink a homemade protein shake with fruit at night and it helps curb the hunger for low calories. Like @shutterbug said, low calorie dense food is a good option. I drink a lot of water, but that might not be good for everyone if they have bladder issues at night.
