how to be happy and get out of depression
Have you heard of Zoloft? It works for my girlfriend to some extent.
It won’t solve everything but it really may help you

Normal is more exciting then suffering depression
Exercise and healthy diet will - although maybe not fix - help a bit for mental health.
I take meds for depression and I keep going.
At some point ya gotta heat up yer beans and pull yer Wranglers above your ass-crack and start livin’ life.

Exercise is life changing. Even walking outdoors for 2 miles a day.
Get up and move maybe do five minutes exercise while watching tv or listening to music it’s a start
The basics: sleep, nutrition, hydration, exercise, socialization, spirituality, creativity.
Doing things that make you feel productive. Chores, a personal project, helping other people
