I’m stripping weight like crazy since going med-free. I used to be a novice power-lifter & amateur bodybuilder and I couldn’t put together a diet or a routine strong enough to stop the constant weight gain while on AP’s. My diet was pretty low in fat and I was eating less than 1500 cals some days.
GL. I couldn’t lose an inch while medicated.

Same here. I’ve been riding my bike and my weight hasn’t budged.
I have taken off 20lb but probably need to take off another 20lb…
Load up on non starchy veggies, low calorie fruits and lean protein.
Exercise is good but it takes an hour to walk off an extra slice of bread so you gotta cut calories as the main strategy. Too intense exercise may make your blood sugar dip too fast which will give you the munchies.
I think cutting caffeine is good too because it will improve your sleep which will improve metabolism and may cut sz symptoms too.
Weight lifting will transform you. 20 minutes two times a week for 1 set of HEAVY reps will get results.
Eat South Beach Diet style. Works best with psych meds.
