How to deal with obsessive thoughts about food

There’s no proper way to eat unless it’s slowly. Just don’t eat too much or too little. Food is food.

i’ll try @martinhersey, i do have a tendency to eat fast and usually when i don’t need to but i am trying to change my habits.

Oh, don’t say that around someone who is a traditional Japanese! That’s a culture that strives for perfection in all things. Admirable.
