It’s just dawned on me that I am obsessed with food. I do have problems with restricting/binging but I think that stems from my obsession.
Anyway, I’m not talking about my terrible diet here .
Even when I go out with friends/family, I spend the whole time thinking about food, when and what I’m going to eat.
Some days, like today, I make imaginary food shopping lists.
For example, today I want to buy a bag of bakery cookies and a falafel wrap. I don’t need to buy those things though because I already have lots of food in my house, so the list stays imaginary.
I keep a food diary on Instagram and follow lots of food related accounts & just spend a lot of time looking on there.
I watch videos of people doing “cheat days” and 10,000 calorie challenges on YouTube.
Can anyone relate to this?
